Who you are agreeing with

HevRion is operated by a private individual in Romania, who is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to contact@hevrion.com about anything on this page, including to exercise any of the rights below. That mailbox is read by a person and it is the route to everything.

Their name and postal address are not published here at the moment, and that is a real gap rather than an oversight. The address is a private home. Ask at the mailbox above and you will be told both — you do not have to give a reason, and asking is not treated as a complaint.

If you would rather not leave data with an operator you cannot yet name, the account deletion described below is immediate and takes everything with it, and the waiting list can be left at the same address.

This is not financial advice, and it never becomes it

HevRion is a journal and a record-keeping tool. It does not tell you what to buy or sell, it does not manage money, it holds no money, and it is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing in it is a recommendation, and no figure it shows is a forecast.

Every number the product displays is derived from what you recorded or from public market data. A discipline score is a measurement of whether you followed rules you wrote yourself. It says nothing about whether those rules are any good, and a perfect score on a losing system is exactly what it looks like.

Trading carries risk, including losing everything you put in and, with leverage, more than that. Your trades are your decisions and their outcomes are yours.

It is early, and it can be wrong

This is early-access software under active development. It is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. Expect rough edges, expect features to change, and expect to be told about problems rather than have them hidden.

Specifically: a figure can be wrong. Market data comes from a third party and can be late, missing or mistaken. Do not use anything here as the sole basis for a decision involving money, and do not treat the journal as your only copy of your own records — the export button exists for that reason.

To the extent the law allows, nobody operating this product is liable for trading losses, for lost profits, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by agreement, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are untouched by anything written here.

Your account

  • An account is for one person. Signing in is a link sent to your email address, so keeping access to that address is what keeps access to the account.
  • Record your own trading. The product is built around the assumption that the journal is truthful, and a journal somebody fills in for appearances only wastes their own time.
  • Do not attempt to reach other people’s data, break the service, or extract it in bulk by automated means.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and legally permitted to trade the instruments you record.

Your data stays yours

What you record belongs to you. We claim no ownership of your trades or your notes, and we do not sell them, publish them, or use them to advertise anything.

Two buttons in Settings export everything, and a third deletes the account immediately and permanently. The privacy notice describes exactly what is held, who else receives it, and what leaves the EU.

Paying for it

You cannot pay for this yet. Nothing in the product charges you, no card details are collected, and there is no subscription to cancel. The prices published on the home page are what they will be when payment exists, stated now so that nobody is surprised later.

When there is a paid plan, a lapsed subscription will make an account read-only rather than closing it: your history stays yours to read and to export for as long as you want it.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any moment, from Settings, without asking. That is the whole process.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to attack the service or to harm someone else. Short of that, an account is not closed without warning and an opportunity to export.

The service itself is early and may be discontinued. If that happens, there will be notice and time to export before anything is switched off.

Open source we build on

The price charts are drawn with Lightweight Charts™, Copyright © 2023 TradingView, Inc., used under the Apache License 2.0. It is a charting library and not the TradingView platform: the prices on it come from the venues named on the privacy page, and nothing here is a TradingView product or endorsed by them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Romania, and mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply.
