The HevRion Brief #002 - BIG FOMC Week
It’s FOMC week, and Wednesday’s decision is the main event. Meanwhile, BTC has walked straight through the key levels we highlighted last week. Let’s dive into the charts and see what’s on our radar.
BTC has broken below $82K, making it the level to reclaim.
If it stays below, last week’s second scenario looks more likely: a sweep of the $75K low, followed by a reclaim and a potential push toward $90K.
If $75K fails and BTC can’t reclaim it, we could head lower toward $66K, retesting the breakout area that started the run to $88K. At that point, this bullish setup would be invalidated.
ETH has also lost $2.4K support.
As discussed last week, we’re still looking for a move into the daily FVG between $1.9K and $2.2K, followed by consolidation and a potential push higher.
For now, we’re staying conservative and trading less. The market isn’t showing much bullish strength, and there’s no prize for forcing trades.
SPX rejected the resistance we highlighted last week and is now sitting at support.
We’re watching two scenarios:
- Support holds: A bounce from here could lead to new all-time highs.
- A sweep lower: SPX takes the 7,500 low before potentially recovering and making another run at an ATH. This week’s big event is the FOMC decision on Wednesday, October 28.
The reaction afterward could give us a clearer picture of direction. Until then, let the Fed do the talking.
TL;DR
- BTC: Below $82K. Watching for a $75K sweep and reclaim toward $90K. Without a reclaim, $66K comes into focus.
- ETH: Lost $2.4K. Watching the $1.9–2.2K daily FVG for consolidation before a potential recovery.
- SPX: At support. A bounce could target new highs; otherwise, watch for a 7,500 sweep before a potential recovery.
- FOMC: Wednesday, October 28. The reaction could help clarify direction.
For now, trade less, protect your bag, and let the market show its hand.
